Resident Info

  • The preferred mode of rent payment is Zelle. For those whose banks do not offer Zelle, alternatives such as Venmo and traditional money orders are also accepted.

  • Drop boxes are located at select properties. Residents at other properties may mail money orders to P.O. Box 487 in Botkins, OH 45306 or drop them off at the Botkins Post Office in person.

Paying Rent

  • Approximately 45 to 30 days before your current lease ends, we'll reach out to discuss your choices for renewing. Once you've decided, we'll move forward with signing a new lease.

  • Residents who intend to move out must provide a written 30-day notice through letter, text, or email. Once the notice is received, detailed move-out instructions will be provided. If all instructions are followed, the security deposit will be returned within 30 days of the move-out date. Amount returned depends on damages, outstanding rent, and any fees the resident owes.
